Orchestra Intensive and Chamber Music

This 2-week program is for intermediate orchestral players.

Orchestra Intensive musicians rehearse Thursday-Saturday evenings in preparation for a concert on Sunday, July 29th at St. Bartholomew’s Church in Poway.  The format of the rehearsals provides an opportunity to experience the weekly schedule and discipline of professional orchestral musicians – polishing repertoire and concert programs in a condensed span of time.  Cost is $200.

Chamber Music ensembles rehearse Monday and Tuesday evenings in trios and quartets with designated coaching times.  Repertoire study includes style, technique and structure. Minimum 1-hour per week rehearsal, plus concert on July 29 (concert date subject to change).  Cost is $100.
