Youth Philharmonic Orchestra

The Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, is dedicated to enhancing the musical, social and intellectual growth of musicians of all ages, ethnicities, and economic backgrounds, through inspired instruction, dynamic ensemble rehearsals and exceptional performances.

CONGRATULATIONS to The American Prize 2018-2019 candidates!  YPO Artistic Director and Conductor Alyze Dreiling has received a finalist ranking for Conducting – Youth and School Orchestra Division! YPO Artistic Director and Conductor Ulli Reiner is a finalist in the Instrumental Soloists division!  YPO/Palomar Percussion Ensemble Director Heather Barclay has received a semi-finalist ranking for the Ernst Bacon Memorial Award in the Performance of American Music category!
